A journey through forests, rugged terrain, and a thrilling rope-assisted climb to the summit Our adventure to the summit of Granite Mountain in Al Shafa begins from the lower slopes, moving through old agricultural terraces and juniper forests

From the very beginning, the cool air and the scent of highland trees set the tone for a refreshing and rewarding ascent. The trail gradually climbs through forest sections and moderately rugged rocky terrain, offering wide views over the Shafa mountains and the Sarawat range. The ground shifts between dirt paths and rocky segments that require balance and focus, adding an enjoyable touch of challenge for adventure seekers. A few minutes before the summit, we reach a steeper rocky section, where the most exciting part of the adventure begins. The leader prepares the ropes and safety anchor points, and participants complete a short rope-assisted climb to reach the rock platform at the top  a moment filled with accomplishment and the spirit of adventure

Upon reaching the summit of Granite Mountain at 2,425 meters, a breathtaking panoramic view opens up over the surrounding
valleys and mountain ridges. Often, the summit sits at or above the cloud line, giving the moment even more serenity and beauty
