Lost Mountains Membership – Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- The Company: Refers to Lost Mountains Adventures, a legally registered and licensed tourism and adventure company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- The Member: Refers to the individual who subscribes to the membership, pays the required fees, and enjoys its benefits.
- The Membership: Refers to the subscription package offered by the Company, granting the member specific privileges and discounts for a defined period.
2. Membership Duration and Renewal
- The membership is valid for one (1) calendar year starting from the date of subscription.
- Membership is automatically renewable upon payment of the renewal fees before or at the expiration date.
- Members who do not wish to renew must notify the Company at least 30 days before the membership expiration date.
3. Membership Benefits
Members enjoy the announced benefits, including but not limited to:
- Discounts starting from 15% on all local and international adventures.
- Discounts starting from 15% on all paid workshops.
- Free access to exclusive members-only workshops.
- Continuous access to educational resources during the membership period.
- Priority booking for limited-seat events and trips.
- A special welcome package upon joining.
- A personalized digital membership certificate.
- Access to a private members-only group (WhatsApp/Telegram).
- An exclusive annual members-only event (trip or group camp).
- One free guest invitation per year.
- Discounted guest invitations for friends or companions.
- Exclusive members-only content (articles, videos, and training tips).
- Future discounts on adventure equipment and gear from Lost Mountains and its partners.
Note: The Company reserves the right to update or modify benefits depending on operational circumstances or partnerships, provided that members are informed in advance.
4. Member Rights
- To enjoy all membership benefits during the active period.
- To receive fair and equal treatment as other members.
- To submit complaints, feedback, or inquiries through official Company channels.
- To have their personal information protected in accordance with data protection laws in Saudi Arabia.
5. Member Obligations
- To comply with all local laws and the Saudi Tourism Regulations during participation in activities.
- To follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Company or its guides.
- To maintain complete confidentiality and not disclose any private information, materials, or content related to workshops, educational programs, or exploration trips.
- To show respect toward all members and refrain from any inappropriate or offensive behavior.
- To comply with all instructions issued by the Company regarding the use of benefits, participation in events, workshops, or exploration trips.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse a member’s participation in any trip or exploration activity if the member’s health condition or physical fitness is deemed unsuitable.
- Members must disclose any medical conditions or health issues prior to participating in any activity.
- Members are prohibited from publishing, sharing, or distributing any content (photos, videos, or educational materials) related to Company events, workshops, or trips without prior written consent.
- The Company provides an online portal where all schedules, updates, and announcements regarding trips, workshops, and events are posted. The member is fully responsible for monitoring these updates.
- Communication with members will be conducted via the registered email address and mobile number provided during subscription. These are considered the official communication channels.
- The Company bears no responsibility or liability if a member misses any workshop, trip, or event due to failure to check the portal or official announcements.
6. Membership Cancellation and Termination
- Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
- The Company reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately if the member violates any of the rules, regulations, or terms stated in this document, without any refund obligation.
- In exceptional cases (such as health issues or force majeure), the Company may review and consider refund or cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
7. Company Liability
- The Company is committed to delivering the announced benefits to members in accordance with operational capacity and applicable Saudi laws.
- The Company shall not be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the member’s failure to comply with safety guidelines.
- The Company is not responsible for benefits or services provided by third-party partners, as their own terms and policies apply.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss or missed opportunity caused by the member’s failure to monitor updates or announcements on the online portal.
8. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or modify membership benefits in compliance with Saudi tourism regulations. Members will be notified at least 15 days before any amendment takes effect.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the Saudi Tourism Law and all applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
