Two days. Camping. Rock. Ropes. One summit at approximately 2,200 metres.
Rising to approximately 2,200 metres above sea level in the highlands of Haddad, Bani Malek, south of Taif , Al-Aseeda Mountain stands among rugged terrain, pale rock formations, natural passages, and mountain villages.
Juniper trees, wild olive landscapes, and open views create the setting for an adventure that gradually progresses from conventional hiking into mountain movement and guided rope-assisted climbing.
The experience extends over two days and one night. It begins with arrival at the mountain campsite, meeting the adventure team, equipment checks, and a detailed briefing covering the route, technical sections, and safety procedures.
Adventurers then prepare camp and enjoy dinner beneath the stars before resting and preparing for summit day. The following morning begins with breakfast and final equipment preparation.
The team progresses through rugged mountain trails, rocky passages, natural cracks, and elevated terrain during a day requiring approximately four to six hours of hiking across uneven and changing surfaces.
Closer to the upper sections, the experience develops into more technical mountain movement involving rocky scrambling, steeper terrain, and guided rope-assisted progression.

The Lost Mountains team prepares the rope systems, anchor points, and safety equipment and supervises every adventurer. You need good fitness, concentration, a willingness to learn, and reasonable comfort with heights.
